Kevin Thatcher is a very important part of skateboarding history. 
He was a very strong advocate for publication of Northern
California skaters. Plus he was the first editor of Thrasher
magazine and was one of the publishers of Thrasher and a few
other publications. I want to thank Kevin for all that he has
done for skateboarding and should be remembered as the man that
helped keep skateboarding alive after the large drop in
popularity of the sport after 1981.
